TREASURERS REPORT -

• Combined balances as of July 31, 2025 total $ 916,596.59
• Approve payment of bills totaling $ 51,253.40
• Approve payroll and payroll taxes in the amount of $ 17,794.06

CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS

NEW BUSINESS

1. Motion to ratify payment to B&J Paving Contractors, LLC for repairs at Abbey Lane in the amount of $ 10,320.00.
2. Motion to ratify payment to B&J Paving Contractors, LLC for repair work on Coon Road swale in the amount of $ 9,580.00.
3. Motion to ratify payment to B&J Paving Contractors, LLC for Coon Road roadway repair in the amount of $ 5,280.00.
4. Motion to adopt a Cooperation Agreement between member municipalities of the Back Mountain Community Partnership for 2024 LSA Equipment Grant.
5. Motion to ratify the intergovernmental cooperation agreement for the renting of tar & chip equipment among six municipalities in the Back Mountain.
6. Motion to approve payment of $167,475.65 to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions LLC for oil, equipment and labor for township road chip sealing.
7. Motion to approve payment of $26,244.15 to American Asphalt for stone applied during chip seal project.
8. Motion to approve Resolution #08-2025 Luzerne County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
9. Motion to approve Resolution #09-2025 BMCP Grant application for Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Services Equipment Project.
